>>11810644 (lb) In fresh blow to Trump, U.S. court rejects Pennsylvania election case

Lawfag-To-Be here, so take this with a grain of salt. But I've worked on appeals written for a certain state Appeals Court and Supreme Court, and here is what I know: a litigant cannot progress up the appeal ladder without having first exhausted all administrative and judicial remedies at the lower level(s).

So all that the decision discussed in the referenced Notable does is allow us to "check the box," so to speak, and then move on up to theUnited States Supreme Court, where we know the rule of law will, in theory at least, be followed.

I don't regard this as "a fresh blow to [President] Teump" at all. No, no, no. In fact, it's exactly what we need in order to move on up to SCOTUS.

In other words, this is great news, in my worthless but educated opinion.

Thank you, Anon. It's always good for me to get reassurance. I'm finalizing something being filed in an Appeals Court soon, and then will soon after be filed in a Supreme Court. Its so complex that I have fallen behind on reading our daily breads.

But I'll zoom back a couple to read your comments on the situation.

I've been around since the beginning here, but redpilled since only late 2014. I've learned that if the SOBs in the MSM call something "a blow" to us it's probably not.

In my opinion the Appeals Court's denial of review is a gift, cuz it lets us check the bloody box and get the case into the mitts of Justices Alito,, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett sooner, rather than later.
