Subject:RESOLUTION Disputing the 2020 General Election Statewide Contest Results

In the immediate future, we will be introducing the following resolution:

A RESOLUTION

Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 General Election to be in dispute.

WHEREAS, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and

WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and

WHEREAS, the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has exercised its authority to establish election administration procedures for the Commonwealth, known as the Pennsylvania Election Code; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires all mail-in ballots to be received by eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the election; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires election officials at polling places to authenticate the signatures of in-person voters; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code requires that county boards of elections shall not meet to conduct a pre-canvass of all absentee and mail-in ballots until seven o’clock A.M. on Election Day, during which time defects on mail-in ballots would be identified; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code prohibits the counting of defective absentee or mail-in ballots; and

WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Election Code authorizes “watchers,” selected by candidates and political parties, to observe the process of canvassing absentee and mail-in ballots; and

Flight of the Monarch: US Gov't Contracted Airline Once Owned by Russian Criminals

An American airline that has been transporting protected witnesses for the U.S. government was once part-owned by two Russian organized crime figures, and is still owned by the son of their business partner, an OCCRP investigation has found.

These men, Anatoly Golubchik and Vadim Trincher, were jailed in 2014 for operating an illegal gambling and extortion ring out of an apartment in Trump Tower in New York City. U.S. prosecutors said they were part of a “far-reaching Russian-American organized crime ring” known as the Taiwanchik-Trincher Organization, under the protection of notorious Russian crime boss Alimzhan “Taiwanchik” Tokhtakhounov.

Two other investors who ran the airline afterwards also had legal troubles, and one fled a warrant for his arrest in the U.S. and remains on the lam.

Nonetheless, an OCCRP investigation shows Monarch Air Group has won more than 120 U.S. government contracts worth over $6 million, and was making government flights as recently as September.

The airline and its affiliate, WAB International, have been awarded contracts for sensitive jobs such as moving fuel in Israel for the Department of Defense (DoD), flying people around Afghanistan, and transporting protected witnesses in the U.S. for the Marshals Service. WAB International reported earning some $70 million from work for the U.S. military in 2013 alone.

“The negligence is startling,” said Gary Kalman, director of the U.S. chapter of Transparency International. “Airlines with a history of criminal affiliation contracted by the government to transport protected witnesses is something we’d expect to see in a spy novel, not in a news report.”

Vadim Trincher, on the left, was sentenced to five years in prison in 2014 for operating an illegal gambling, money laundering, and extortion ring.

In a 2013 court document, prosecutors claimed Golubchik acted as Tokhtakhounov’s “enforcer,” and accused the men of laundering about $100 million on behalf of “high-level criminals” — some of it through Monarch and another airline company Golubchik and Trincher owned in the U.S. called Skyway International.

The current owner of Monarch, David Gitman, did not respond to a request for comment.

FEE Report: GoFundMe works COVID-19 donation ‘Miracles,’ while Big Gov fails

GoFundMe works miracles during COVID-19, while government funding under the CARES Act fails to meet its goals, states a must read assessment from the Foundation for Economic Education.

The report noted that while the federal government has spent trillions of taxpayer dollars to fight off widespread poverty and unemployment created by COVID=19 and the relentless government lockdowns through $2+ trillion CARES Act, it failed on a variety of crucial levels to actually do what it set out to accomplish. So much of the government CARES Act funding was brought with waste, fraud and abuse.

On the other hand, the GoFundMe private charity site actually did accomplish miracles and put money directly where it was needed most: in the hands of those who were on the verge of losing their businesses or homes.

The crowd-sourcing website let individuals post their public pleas and raised generous donations for those in need “beyond their wildest expectations,” according to the Foundation for Economic Education.

According to the GoFundMe report: “Between March 1 and August 31, 2020, the GoFundMe community responded to the widespread impact of the pandemic by raising over $625 million through over 9 million donations for frontline workers, small businesses, causes, organizations, and more.”

More than 150,000 different fundraisers were started for COVID-19 relief, with causes as varied as fundraising for small businesses ruined by lockdowns, medical fundraising, protective gear for frontline workers, memorial services, and more.

On the other hand, the CARES Act situation failed on numerous levels. “It resulted in a broken system where 70 percent of the unemployed could earn more by staying home than by working,” as reported. The program lost roughly $26 billion to fraud and abuse. That is equal to the amount the entire unemployment system paid out in 2019, according to the report.

On October 30, 2020 2016 Green Party Candidate Jill Stein FINALLY won her groundbreaking case that gave her campaign the right to examine voting machine source code in Wisconsin.

It took Jill Stein four years to win this court case.

After witnessing the historic level of fraud in this year’s election it makes us all question the numbers in past elections.

In 2016 Libertarian voters kept Donald Trump from adding New Hampshire, Minnesota and Maine to his electoral haul. Were those actual Libertarian votes in 2016 or were they switched from Trump to Gary Johnson to prevent him from winning those states?

Dr. Jill Stein celebrated this win with a string of tweets on October 30th.

The Trump campaign should take notice.

Confiscating the voting machines in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada may be crucial to exposing the fraud in this year’s election.

Stein Recount announces major legal win in Wisconsin, will proceed with groundbreaking examination of critical voting machine software

Former Green Party Presidential nominee Jill Stein announced today a major victory for election integrity in litigation arising from the Stein 2016 presidential recount. She celebrated the final defeat in Wisconsin’s courts of voting machine vendor’s attempts to impose a gag rule on the Stein 2016 recount, which clears the way for Stein’s designated expert J. Alex Halderman to finally inspect the code that runs many voting machines used in Wisconsin and across the U.S., and disclose conclusions about the software’s reliability and accuracy to the public.

“This is a major win for voters everywhere,” Stein noted. “The courts have affirmed that the largest manufacturer of voting machines in the US, Election Systems & Software, has no right to suppress the findings of our upcoming inspection of key election software. That inspection will bring much needed transparency and accountability to the software that counts our votes. Taiwanese lawmakers hurl pig organs in Parliament during brawl over US meat imports

Things got downright ugly

Taiwanese lawmakers' battle over allowing the import of American pork and beef products devolved into a literal fistfight Friday on the floor of Parliament in Taipei, but lawmakers threw more than just punches: Pig intestines and other organs were hurled between opposing parties.

The Hill gave some background, explaining that "President Tsai Ing-wen's administration decided to end a ban on imports of U.S. pork and beef in August," and that "the lifting of the ban, set for January, signals a move toward a bilateral trade agreement with the U.S."

The Associated Press reported that the pandemonium ensued in Parliament as Premier Su Tseng-chang of the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) attempted to address the chamber on the pork policy, when "opposition party lawmakers from the [Chinese] Nationalist party, also known as the KMT, blocked his attempt to speak by dumping bags of pig organs. Legislators from the ruling Democratic Progressive Party attempted to stop them, resulting in chaos and an exchange of punches."

The outlet noted that while the amount of U.S. pork expected to be imported would only account for a small amount of the nation's consumption, citizens and political factions opposed to lifting the ban have protested fiercely against the policy change.

Critics in Taiwan have expressed concern over a feed additive used by some U.S. pork producers called ractopamine, which is aimed at promoting leaner growth in the animals.

According to The Washington Post:

More than 100 countries ban meat with the additive, which is used by U.S. pig farmers to promote leanness but frequently poses an obstacle when it comes to exporting abroad. Washington has pressed successive Taiwanese administrations to lift the ban on meat from pigs given ractopamine-laced feed, but the issue has been highly charged in Taiwan, where politicians and industry groups have warned about adverse health affects of the additive.

Anything else?

There is a long history of Taiwanese lawmakers coming to blows, but Friday's brawl involving pig guts was a whole new level of display.

KMT lawmakers said in a statement that they were left with no choice but protest, explaining, "In order to protect people's health and protect the bottom line of food safety, the opposition party cannot but resist."

The DPP called the KMT's actions "disgusting" and a waste of food, The Guardian reported.

The Democrat Party obviously nominated this career political criminal so that he could be easily controlled and manipulated. When anyone serving in public office has such a long rap sheet, there are usually a lot more crimes that they have committed under the radar which are also much more grievous.

This single data point explains why Kamala Harris was selected to be Biden’s VPOTUS. Their foreign overlords can now install Harris in the Oval Office anytime they force Biden to resign due to (i) lack of mental fitness, (ii) physical incapacitation caused by COVID-19, (iii) or felony crimes committed as VPOTUS, etc., etc., etc.

Election Steal 2020

Of all of Biden’s brazen crime waves, THE GREAT STEALECTION is by far the most reckless and flagrant. That he and his countless accomplices carried out the biggest election theft via vote fraud and cyber-crimes is certainly par for the course. For the sheer depth and breadth of this criminal conspiracy is staggering for its size, scope and brashness.

Biden, Harris & Company basically built and ran a criminal enterprise to pull off the greatest election heist in world history. And, they executed the various and sundry illicit schemes as though they enjoyed total impunity. No one has ever seen anything like this, anywhere!

What should have been an overwhelming landslide victory for President Trump ended up being reversed by an astonishing amount of naked fraud and outright theft by Democrats nationwide.
