It's not about Covid. It's about cleaning out the corruption. Naturally the urban areas will be more corrupt but in NM some of the harshest lockdowns were on the reservations. Why? Because they are filled with corruption.
They raided the Navajo Reservation, destroying over 250,000 plants in 1000+ commercial greenhouses. Somebody lost Billions on that arrest.
