and whether you agree with it, whether you think it's real or valid doesn't matter

people work in clinical psychology and get paid bucks for this degree

they require alicenseand are credentialed in a clinical role, ie can diagnose and treat as a sole practitioner

so, yes, some psyDs are clinical

his phD is likely academic, which does not require a license and thus is not clinical

but not neurology (that is an MD)
