Done in 30 and [D]ec5: Election interference Assement by DNI: Done in 30?

1- Election Fraud fully predicated a Review of media re. EO [F] participation in Telecommunication Sector

This will hopefully lead to mandatory mitigation measures to include fair coverage of election, respecting court (especially Supreme Court) decisions and most importantly not participating or providing biased coverage of events which promote insurgency. If a 'review' commenced on 11-3 or 11-4, Things should be effected [D]ec 5, failure to properly mitigate can result in revokation.

2- The Election Assessment by DNI pursuant to EO, is a timeline of 45 days. A good scenario here would be to apply Done in 30 on this investigation. It can be produced early and after the DNI assessment, there is another 45 period for a Report to be produced.

3- A practical goal would be to time the a) Telecommunications Review Assessment/mitigation to a release of the b) DNI assessment, and have it ready to produce both to the Supreme Court for the E2020 Fraud Decisions.
