In terms of other countries, our deterrence is what it has always been. I don't see a plan Z including a nuke attack or invasion on our soil, its just not practical for opposing forces. I see plan Z as an internal uprising by armed patriots / military.
Woe be to any outside cucks that think they might try to sneak some advantage while we were engaged in an internal cleansing. I foresee the MIL as being fully functional during a plan Z.

The Snowden refs, the Snow White refs, those trace back to the era of 2010 and the "hacked" Hilary server, which supposedly outed the identities of C_A assets in China. Those guys were executed by the Chinese. It is not clear who started it, or if that escalation was just payback for something else.
My belief is a serious rift began internally after 9/11. Lets say one side wanted to keep the truth hidden and the other side didn't. But that is speculation.

More and more, I think this is right. We could even say, the 2000 election itself, complete with all its fuckery, was a setup to the 2001 attack that was to come. I didn't think much of Bush, but it is certainly possible that things would have escalated quicker under Gore. Maybe they wouldn't have even needed Obama in '08 if Gore had been able to keep the timeline in check.
There is a procedure whereby Congress chooses the next president, if the state electors cannot provide their results.
