I keep seeing stuff about fractional voting. They're going to skate by on that bit because software like dominion is also used for board voting. These would be voting situations where one person has more weight than another. For example they could be the head of the board so their vote is weighted higher and thus the software makes sense. It's proving that the voting machines were counting in a fractional manner at the time, not the possibility that it could happen. I think CM is right about needing to get those machines or whatever logs before they're destroyed.
