There IS a way to report fake Sidney Powell on Twitter. I succeeded in doing it last night. I received an acknowledgement that my report was received. Here's how I did it. Please do the same:
Leave the top box of the form (where you report the Twitter handle). Put all the info in the second box that SHOWS the use of 2 upper case I's in place of 2 lower case L's in "Sidney Powell".
Type this:
Sidney Powell @SidneyPoweii1
Just cut and paste what I typed above into the 2nd box. Flood Twitter with reports on this fake person!
