Don't think that (((they))) wanted WW3. Not in the traditional sense at least. Of course, everyone is worried about another world war, but the cabal doesn't want that anymore. The idea of one nation state attacking another, and then keeping the territory is old age thinking. What good does that serve? They learned that a conquered nation is subject to revolt and insurgency. Want proof? They completely conquered Europe without one gun being fired. Who controls Europe? Fucking Germany. Again.

They know that a cooling phase is in the forecast. The trick was to get all the nations of the world to sign the Paris Accord. This will syphon billions from the US to fund the next phase, but it serves an even more sinister purpose. Once the cooling phase hits in the 2020's, they can claim SUCCESS. They SAVED THE WORLD.

Now the UN has absolute authority to control the world. National Governments will exist in symbol only, as International Law will rule the world. Anyone who dissents will be siding with those who would have let the world die, and these people will be dangerous thinkers.

TPP is another arm of this initiative. Look at how hard NAFTA is being to save. Trump is proving how hard it is to renegotiate terms with multiple counties. Imagine binding into an agreement with more than 3?
