Anons, I would like to bring your attention to a suspicious death. He was friends with Ivanka. The son of Taiwanese immigrants. He had been with Zappos since 1999. Recall that Zappos was purchased by Amazon. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but I wonder if Mr. Hsieh had any inside information about Amazon's financials that Bezo's didn't want getting out. He had just purchased this house in August a couple months after retiring. The house was built in 1999 so it's not like one of these 100+ year old houses in New England that randomly burn down due to faulty electrical wiring. No word on the cause of fire.

NEW LONDON, CT — Tony Hsieh, the former CEO of Las Vegas-based online shoe retailer Zappo's who spent years working to transform the city's downtown, died Friday, according to multiple reports. He was 46 years old.
The cause of Hsieh's death was injuries suffered in a Nov. 18 house fire in New London, Megan Fazio, a spokeswoman for The Downtown Project in Las Vegas, told The New York Times. The Downtown Project was a revitalization effort Hsieh oversaw.
"Tony's kindness and generosity touched the lives of everyone around him, and forever brightened the world," a DTP Companies statement said. "Delivering happiness was always his mantra, so instead of mourning his transition, we ask you to join us in celebrating his life."
Hsieh was in Connecticut visiting family when the fire broke out. His death was also confirmed by Zappos in a statement from the company's chief executive, Kedar Deshpande.
