Dominion Voting Systems is a private corp. No OTC symbol. The owners of Dominion Voting are not selling their securities there :(
So DV , if sold, is likely sold through a private placement sale to accredited investors. (which is a reasonable goal in the penny stock industry, not much buy and hold :(
