Sounds to me like they're just mad that they're officially "boomer music" now. In the same way Metallica is now deemed "dad rock," RATM is now so old that their music is considered completely harmless and inoffensive enough for the lyrics to be meaningless.
That and every member of RATM is a millionaire and therefore capitalists. Who really doesn't "get it" here?
