No. A pardon does not acknowledge guilt, it merely frees someone from charge or conviction. Even so, nobody can "admit" guilt on the part of another person.

 

All in all, pardoning Flynn was probably Plan B and Trump had to go with it. Not ideal, but necessary. In the end, it probably won't matter that Flynn was pardoned instead of exonerated. The shenanigans on the part of the judge are pretty obvious anyway. If anything, it stands as a testament to the kind of bullshit Trump has been up against this whole time.
