What if our close relatives or friends are the closest "star"?

What I mean is what if the programming that dosent work on an autist is in full effect in others around us but we just assume its their personality. What if they are programmed to to call us crazy conspiracy theorists and to tow the line.

What if the normies are the "stars" of the show and therefor the closest STAR?
