When we were exposing R.Chandler , Q wrote Spotlight Subject Deviation I thought about it a lot like maybe there was tool or data base with that subject for intel gathering or something and then again today Q dropped Tool Dev+…I just thought maybe there was something here..I may just be stretching but I was thinking that maybe No such agency has this type of search capabilities and how they capture HRC or something IDK really just thought I would throw it up and maybe someone better than I can take it
