The Pennsylvania Department of State in April 2018 announced a decision to decertify certain aging voting machines and have counties put in place voter-verifiable paper record voting systems before 2020. Pennsylvania is one of 13 states that use paperless Direct Recording Electronic voting machines - which directly record votes in electronic form - in at least some of its precincts, according to the Brennan Center.

By the end of 2019, all 67 counties replaced their voting machines with voter-verifiable paper record voting systems.

US government communications and actions regarding Ukraine became especially quiet, muted, in the months before that color revolution. Like a false peace. Like a Trojan horse.

CIA agents at the top and at the bottom, were recruited en masse. The Ukraine had fallen into the trap of not enforcing their own laws against CIA agents. Then, the day came and all throughout the capital, CIA officers, CIA contractors, CIA cut outs and CIA agents were passing out free lunches, free cookies, free cash and more … agitating as many people as possible to riot, creating an environment of chaos and confusion on the streets, at the bottom, to make it as easy as possible for the CIA agents at the top to execute their violent criminal plans.
