Deaf Combat Vet Arrested In Cleveland, Texas Walmart For No Mask

David Strickland, claims he was slammed against wall, then the floor, and told he was resisting arrest, when he entered a Walmart with no mask (pic related).

Cleveland PD has declined to comment.
