This is wrong on so many levels. What does your nice microwave oven give you? Does it make you happy? Does it bring peace? Even peace of mind?
I've been to Africa many many times, and believe me, people there were on a different path until "Whites" emerged. They still can see things we cannot. I've seen people living in adobe huts, smiling all day, family around. No TV, no bullshit, no McDonald's, etc. blah blah.
Now they will easily start a fight with their neighbour, bc. he owns the newest Samsung "Smart"-Phone and they don't.
Think about it. Spirituality is not an idea, to use some words of a very stupid man you might know.
