I think we need to reevaluate the complaint Sidney filed because we overlooked something huge.

It troubled me that she kept saying her burden of proof was preponderance when it should be clear and convincing for fraud. (See pic 1A )

I think Sidney's complaint has more to do with treason and loss of citizenship, thereby putting her lawsuit under the jurisdiction of the military

The burden of proof is put on Sidney and is by a preponderance of the evidence ( See 2 B )

iit should be noted that it has been 4 days since the filing and there has not been a response by the Governor or anyone else acknowledging the suit and saying they intend to fight it. There has not been any media questioning anyone bout the suit
