Since they've lost control of the most effective military and the racket that is endless war, they are desperate to get it back. It isn't just BLM and Antifa, it's the 10's of thousands of hardened criminals released from prison and likely armed with the billions of rounds purchased by obama.
They really do have a sizeable force to use domestically, and that is why the cities have to be kettled and any incursions into the countryside dealt with swiftly and harshly.
