You have to understand also that there is absolutely no length the military will not go to in order to protect the republic. Killing Joe Biden wouldn't even be a hesitation in proposal and I'm sure it's been discussed at some level.
So, the only question is, is that even necessary? If so, yes of course Biden is dead. If not, I doubt he's gone.
I don't see it as being necessary. There is way too much evidence and him standing trial would be a much better outcome for everyone loyal to US.
