Previous to this, Microsoft's co-founder Paul Allen did a VC deal with Scytl and gave them $40M in financing. Paul Allen is on the board of Scytl, see attachments. So while Scytl was undergoing bankruptcy in Spain, Vulture Capitalists swooped in during admin-reorganization to take it over. Why is fucking microsoft involved with every damn thing on the planet?

Mysteriously while undergoing bankruptcy, Scytl was to be sold through receivership to "Sandton Capital" This was all taking place early May/June 2020.

One of the reasons Scytl filed for bankruptcy was because they were undergoing investigations involved with vulnerabilities in their software for voter fraud and several instances where they were using their funds for other uses then their company.

I also might add that Philadelphia didn't use Dominion Voting Machines, they used ES&S which is actually worse because they were originally tied to SMARTMATIC. Now on top of this, You will notice that the foreign ownership involved with this company is REDACTED for obvious reasons they don't want those to know who was responsible for manufacturing the machines.
