Bolsonaro Says Has Own Sources of Info That There Was 'a Lot of Fraud' During US election

While the official results of the US presidential race are yet to be certified, several world leaders have already congratulated the former vice president on the presumed victory.

Brazilian President Jair Bolonaro says he has his own sources of information telling him about the possible fraud during the presidential elections in the United States.

The Brazilian leader added that he would still hold back "a little more" before recognising Biden as the president-elect. So far, several countries, including the EU states, China, and also the UN chief, have congratulated Biden on the presumed victory, which is yet to be certified by the US states.

"I have my sources of information that there really was a lot of fraud there", Bolsonaro told reporters on Sunday. "Nobody talks about that. If it was enough to define [victory] for one or the other, I don't know."

Bolsonaro also expressed concern about Brazil's current electoral system, which is vulnerable to fraud, he said, calling for the country to return to the paper ballot system in the next presidential election, set to take place in 2022.

Despite greenlighting the transition process, incumbent President Donald Trump has refused to concede to Biden, accusing Democrats of "rigging" this year's election in favour of their candidate. Trump has pledged to continue his legal fight to ensure legitimate results. At the same time, in the case of the Electoral College certifying Biden as the president-elect, Trump said he would "certainly" vacate the White House.

Particular attention has been given to Pennsylvania, one of the key battleground states in the 2020 campaign, and where the president says 1,126,940 votes cast for Biden were "created out of thin air", adding that he won the state "by a lot".

The Electoral College is set to meet on 14 December to decide on who will be the next president of the United States.

DoJ Lawyer: US Can Kill Its Own Citizens Without Review

Arguing before a US appeals Court, the United States government made a case that it has the right to terminate a citizen without judicial review if state secrets are involved

In an argument before a US federal appeals court, the US Department of Justice (DoJ) argued the United States government had the right to take an American citizen’s life – without judicial review – if state secrets would be exposed.

Bradley Hinshelwood, a DoJ attorney, argued before the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Monday that the United States can target its own citizens for killing without judicial review when litigation would expose state secrets.

The argument drew noticeable alarm among judges on the Circuit Court panel.

“Do you appreciate how extraordinary that proposition is?” US Circuit Judge Patricia Millett asked Hinshelwood, rephrasing his claim as giving the government the ability to “unilaterally decide to kill US citizens.”

The plaintiff, Bilal Abdul Kareem, a US citizen, works as a journalist in Syria for an obscure news channel. This news outlet provides access to Islamofascist rebel fighters. The jihadis Kareem interviews are linked to al Qaida.

Kareem claims that he is targeted, included on a “kill list,” that resulted in five military strikes against him that he believes were carried out by the US military. He claims his inclusion on the alleged “kill list” came about because of metadata from electronic devices.

The US government sought to dismiss the case, saying that the bulk of his complaint was held under the state secrets privilege. A federal judge agreed with the government.

In its appellate brief, it was argued that Kareem lacked standing to bring the case because he makes an unsubstantiated claim about being targeted in a war zone. Even if he had standing, Hinshelwood argued, the state secrets privilege supersedes the claim in his litigation.

Hinshelwood did acknowledge that considering a potential strike against US citizen is a serious undertaking and admitted the courts have a role in deciding whether the state secrets privilege is appropriately applied in the matter.

Soros-Linked Smartmatic Chairman Admits ‘Technology Is Licensed From Dominion’

Despite voter tech firm Smartmatic’s insistence that it has “no affiliate relationships or financial ties” with the foreign-owned Dominion Voting Systems, the company Chairman has previously admitted during interviews that “part of our technology is licensed from Dominion.”

The comments came from Smartmatic company Chairman Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, who enjoys intricate financial relations and a “famous friendship” with leftist mega-donor George Soros. During a June 2015 interview with Philippine news outlet ABS-CBN, Lord Malloch-Brown admitted, “…yes part of our technology is licensed from Dominion.”

The news will raise further questions as to why both Dominion and Smartmatic have gone to recent lengths to distance themselves from one another, following allegations of corruption during the 2020 U.S. elections.

Recently, the pair claimed they were competitors in order to deflect from the idea that their technologies were both used to defraud people in the United States. The National Pulse soon after revealed that the companies actually have a non-compete agreement.

Malloch-Brown is pressed by the interviewer about difficulties experienced with Smartmatic products in the 2010 election, when he reveals that Smartmatic has a “license for the international use of that particular piece of the technology that we employ”:

HOST: “It was never supposed to be allowed to bid in the 2010 elections because it did not actually own the software – Dominion Voting Systems owned the software. Plus the difficulty which Smartmatic had to put the COMELEC through just in order to access the source code.”

MALLOCH-BROWN: “Well, look. I think that’s competitors who say that. The fact is, yes part of our technology is licensed from Dominion, but you tell me a large technology company which isn’t using in part licenses from other companies. We have a license for the international use of that particular piece of the technology that we employ.”

The interviewer follows up by inquiring if “the license issued by Dominion for you to use their proprietary software” is “live,” “active,” “and has not been revoked.” Malloch-Brown confirms all three answers are “yes.”

ISIS Terrorists Attacked Oil Refinery In Iraqi Saladin Province

ISIS claimed responsibility for an attack at an oil refinery in the province of Saladin in northern Iraq.

A Katyusha missile reportedly targeted the small Siniya refinery in Saladin province that is owned by a Chinese company. It was reopened in November 2017 after it had been damaged by ISIS.

Siniya oil refinery is situated close to Baiji refinery that used to be the largest in Iraq. It produced a third of the country’s oil output. The refinery is situated north of Baghdad, near the city of Baiji. It was heavily damaged during the war on ISIS.

“Thanks to God Almighty, the soldiers of the caliphate targeted the al-Sinia oil refinery with two Katyusha rockets, the strike was precise, praise be to God” – ISIS report reads.

Five employees of the company were injured as a result of the rocket attack and the oil pipeline was damaged. The fire broke out. At the moment, Iraqi emergency services are trying to prevent the fire spreading.

ISIS has significantly increased its activity in this region. Late on November 21, ISIS terrorists ambushed joint forces of Iraqi police, army and local fighters in the northern province of Saladin.

Two months ago, Iraqi Oil Minister Ihsan Ismaeel stressed out the importance of developing the refining sector to support the oil-based economy of the country in the face of a global oil crisis. However, the attacks on the Iraqi facilities are a major obstacle for the realization of his plan.
