Agree. I just said a few breads ago go my body refuses to cooporate with me. I know we will win in the end, but I cant breathe and the panic attacks and fear are almost overwhelming. Brain says relax, body says PANIC NOW! Stomach in a knot, nausea and breathing in an issue.
