Not sure if this has been brought up before but the Scavino tweets, Biden being knocked down by his dog Major got me thinking.

This got me thinking about Major. What Major could be related to Joe’s great fall? I did a quick search on ECW and found that when ECW left the DIA for the NSC, he at pay scale GS-13 which is the equivalent to an Army Major.
