Plan A: dominion algorithms (((he broke them)))
Plan B: algorithm reset (((he broke that too)))
Plan C: massive mail in vote dumps (((reckless pristine ballots, single candidate bubble ballots, machine fuquery etc.)))
Plan D: wipe the machines.
Not that it is needed, but Plan D cements the 'Mens Rea' of the cheaters. It is the cherry on top of the mounds of election fraud evidence.
