well, you are correct that someone can easily disobey it, however the rules on spoliation are very clear, and made clearer by the order. You destroy evidence, as a defendant or the employee of a defendant, that creates a rebuttable presumption that the evidence you destroyed would have proven the case against you. You literally have to prove there was no possible evidence on that machine. It would be better to lose this way than to get caught with the cheating evidence because it gives you a better pile of silage to feed the sheep.

I'm afraid it was always going to be this way unless the civilian apparatus could step up and do the right thing. they have clearly shown they can't. I think using the Postal Service's blockchain based voting system they have under patent could get us to that point, but we are not their yet. The best thing would be a military takeover for a few months then a revote using that blockchain base system. After 5 years of that, we can start removing politicians altogether and just letting people vote on what they used to.

Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are not fighting for a Trump Victory or a Biden Loss, that's baked in the cake. They are fighting to avoid a military takeover.

The military cannot allow an election to be hacked and stolen by a foreign power in broad daylight. That would be a tremendous violation of their oaths, and tantamount to allowing a computer to defeat them in battle without a fight. It just isn't going to happen, unless they are secretly on the same side as the Chinese (like Hillary NoName Barry and especially Biden)
