It is IMPOSSIBLE to have both 'DOJ announcement' AND 'information blackout' at the same time.
If it was announced, that presumes no information firewall.
If the premise is accepted that the announcements occurred, it is metaphysically impossible to assert that the information was kept behind a firewall.
