POTUS got Kemp to admit either is people are disobeying his own orders, which has optics of Kemp having no vote of confidence from his own people, or, his queries are intentionally designed not to be replied to. And he would have to admit either is true.

3 times Kemp has asked his people and 3 times they have not replied with the requested data?

This is a checkmate, ladies and gentlemen.

Kemp is in a no win situation because POTUS did not 'incept' division of Kemp's team, he merely removed the noise and left Kemp with that choice that he is finding himself in having to make, and believe me, no politician survives when they themselves admitted three times that his directions to do a signature verification have all been 'DENIED' BY THOSE WHO CONTRACTUALLY REPORT TO HIM.
