The Democratic Party of Georgia filed a Motion to Intervene and Incorporate Brief in Support in Pearson et al V Kemp et al today. 1:20-cv-04809-TCB
A Motion to Intervene is where an unnamed party asks to become a party to litigation in this case as a defendant along with Kemp et al.
The filing firms were Krevolin and Horst and Perkins Coie the latter by pro hoc vice application.
