In the hearing, they played an audio clip of a phonecall where someone is asked if they cast a ballot, and they said no, they are a felon and can't vote. So not only were votes falsely cast in people's names, felons were apparently unwittingly used for this. Should be easy to throw those out, although the number probably wouldn't be very high.

Giuliani saying 200,000 ineligible felons may have voted.

Giuliani made a great, and obvious, point- that there is no reason to even have a 'weighted race feature'. That goes right to the very purpose of the software being for vote-rigging.
