“Dark Winter” Was The Code Name For A Scenario In Which A Biological Weapon Was Used Against The American Populace

Could it be possible that the phrase “dark winter” has some sort of deeper meaning that most of us are not meant to understand? We have heard that phrase over and over again in recent weeks, and usually it has been used in discussions regarding the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic. But it also turns out that “Dark Winter” was also a code name for a high level simulation that was conducted back in 2001. That simulation envisioned a scenario in which a widespread smallpox attack was unleashed inside the United States. As you will see below, the simulation was “designed to spiral out of control”, and the hypothetical consequences were absolutely disastrous.

The reason why this is a concern is because so many of these “simulations” and “exercises” end up mirroring real life events that happen at a later date.

For example, most of you have probably heard about Event 201 by now. On October 18th, 2019 a group of prominent individuals gathered in New York City to simulate what would happen during a worldwide coronavirus pandemic…

Event 201 simulates an outbreak of a novel zoonotic coronavirus transmitted from bats to pigs to people that eventually becomes efficiently transmissible from person to person, leading to a severe pandemic. The pathogen and the disease it causes are modeled largely on SARS, but it is more transmissible in the community setting by people with mild symptoms.

Of course COVID-19 started spreading in China just a few weeks later.

We have seen this same pattern happen so many times, and now we are being told over and over again that a “dark winter” is ahead.

For example, Joe Biden specifically warned us about a “dark winter” during the final presidential debate in October…

Joe Biden warned at Thursday night’s presidential debate that the U.S. was “about to go into a dark winter,” echoing the concerns of public health experts who caution about increased daily Covid-19 case counts converging with the annual flu season.

“We’re about to go into a dark winter. A dark winter,” Biden said. “And he has no clear plan, and there’s no prospect that there’s going to be a vaccine available for the majority of the American people before the middle of next year.”

It is interesting to note that he repeated the phrase twice.

It is almost as if he was determined to make sure that he said it correctly.

And then he started using the phrase over and over again on the campaign trail and he kept using it even after the voting was over.

Michigan Illegally Counted or Ignored 500K Ballots, Lawsuit Claims

In the wee hours of Thanksgiving Day, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society filed an explosive election lawsuit asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to prevent Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from certifying the election results until the Michigan legislature can fully investigate fraud claims and to force election officials to hand over all election materials to the legislature for this purpose. The lawsuit claims that officials illegally counted or threw out no fewer than 508,016 ballots, far more than Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote margin over Donald Trump.

“State and local officials brazenly violated election laws in order to advance a partisan political agenda,” Phil Kline, director of The Amistad Project, said in a statement. “The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question.”

The Amistad Project is representing two female Michigan voters, Angelic Johnson and Linda Lee Tarver, who claim that election officials effectively robbed them of their votes by illegally undermining a fair election. In an interview with PJ Media, Ian Northon, an attorney representing Johnson and Tarver, explained the seven types of illegal counting the lawsuit alleges.

Citing state records, the lawsuit claims that Benson’s office sent out 355,392 unsolicited ballots. Northon explained that Michigan law requires two signatures for absentee voting: a signature on an application form and a signature on the security sleeve for the ballot. In this election, officials mailed out more than 300,000 ballots that no one had requested.

“They didn’t request them. You’ve just flooded the market with unsolicited ballots. No good can come of that,” Northon insisted.

Perhaps more concerning, almost 30,000 voters said they had sent in absentee ballots but Michigan’s voting records show those ballots were not counted. The lawyer explained that Matthew Brainard conducted a survey and found “29,682 people said they requested a ballot, said they voted, and their ballot wasn’t counted. The state’s records show it wasn’t counted.”

Why did their ballots not make it to the final tally? Northon said the Amistad Project has “more than three dozen affidavits” testifying that officials threw out ballots when they did not like the result. It is unclear whether or not the officials threw out ballots for Trump while counting ballots for Biden, but “when government officials are not following the laws as written, you’ve got a problem.”

Michigan officials counted another 35,109 ballots that were not associated with any address. This statistic is nothing short of mindboggling. According to Northon, voters “were sent an absentee ballot, but there’s no address on file. They voted. That violates the law.”

Michigan officials also counted 13,248 ballots cast by individuals who were registered to vote in another state. They also counted 317 ballots from people who voted more than once and 259 ballots from voters who listed only an email address instead of a physical address. Finally, election officials mailed out at least 74,000 absentee ballots that voters requested online.

“The statute requires a signature, all they’re doing is checking a box,” Northon explained.

These illegal tabulations and omissions add up to more than three times the margin of victory in the State of Michigan. While it is far from clear whether or not the alleged illegal tabulations helped Biden clinch victory in the Wolverine State, the allegations are disturbing nonetheless.

Oregon nurse placed on leave over TikTok video where she dismissed COVID-19 guidelines

Her employer said she showed a 'cavalier disregard for the seriousness of this pandemic'

An oncology nurse at a hospital in Salem, Oregon, has been placed on leave by her employer after she posted a TikTok video suggesting she flouts coronavirus guidelines outside of work.

Her employer, Salem Health, issued a statement saying her video message"displayed a cavalier disregard for the seriousness of this pandemic."

The nurse, identified by Salem Health as Ashley Grames in an interview with Buzzfeed, posted a TikTok video under the username @Loveiskind05 over the weekend that quickly went viral. In the clip, Grames can be seen wearing scrubs with a stethoscope around her neck while she pretends to "scream" in sync with audio from the movie "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

The caption reads, "When my coworkers find out I still travel, don't wear a mask when I'm out and let my kids have play dates."

Grames' account has since been deleted along with the video, but a video made by another nurse reacting to Grames' video is still being widely circulated.

A day after Grames posted her video, Salem Health issued a statement announcing that she had been placed on leave pending an investigation into her actions, saying the clip "displayed cavalier disregard for the seriousness of this pandemic and her indifference towards physical distancing and making outside of work."

The hospital noted that the "video has prompted an outcry from concerned community members," and added that Grames "does not speak for Salem Health."

More than 1,600 people reacted to Salem Health's statement on Facebook over the video, overwhelmingly calling for Grames to be terminated.

One person wrote, "No investigation needed. The video supplied should be evidence enough. She needs to be FIRED. Not on PAID leave. As someone fighting cancer, I can only imagine how her patients feel after seeing this news. Their opinion on your hospital and nurses in general are now ruined due to this woman's actions. And even though you say that her views do not represent your hospital, you still employed her. You need to take responsibility by firing her, not putting her on leave."

Another responded, "The videos flying around are proof. There should be no investigation. Fire her and take away any of her licenses. She doesn't deserve to be a nurse if all she's going to do is endanger some of the most immunocompromised people. She's a mockery to the healthcare field. They take an oath to do whatever they can to help their patients, not potentially bring in a virus that can kill them because they are selfish."

Chief of Defence backflips on plans to strip 3,000 soldiers of ADF medals

Australia’s Chief of Defence Force Angus Campbell has backed down on plans to strip approximately 3,000 soldiers of the meritorious unit citation award after the proposal provoked a strong negative response in the ADF community.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison also indicated he opposed the move.

Mr Campbell released a statement on Monday saying “no decisions have yet been made with regard to the appropriate options and approaches to implement the more than 140 recommendations, as the complexity and sensitivity of the issues outline in the report will take extensive and considered deliberation".

David Siegel

Vice President of Software Development

is this him?

David Siegel (computer scientist)

After leaving MIT, Siegel worked alongside Jeff Bezos[12] at D.E. Shaw & Co and became the company's first Chief Information Officer. During this time he founded FarSight Financial Services, the first integrated personal financial services website.[13] FarSight performed the first retail stock trade on the Internet[12] and was acquired by Merrill Lynch.[13] He later served as Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director at Tudor Investment Corporation.[13] In 1999, Siegel founded Blink.com, a web-based browser bookmark storage, organization, and sharing service that automatically searched for new sites related to users' existing bookmarks.[14]

Two Sigma

In 2001, Siegel co-founded Two Sigma, a New York City-based company that applies data science and technology to financial services.[15] Siegel has stated that he believes investment managers that take a scientific approach to investing – by using machines, data, and artificial intelligence – have a distinct advantage.[16] Two Sigma now manages $60B assets globally,[17] and has offices in New York, Houston, London, Hong Kong and Shanghai.[18] It employs approximately 1,600 people — two thirds in research and development roles, with science and math backgrounds, including about 250 people with Ph.D.s.

Siegel has spoken about encouraging employees to branch out from their daily work at Two Sigma, taking on outside engineering challenges and coding competitions. In May of 2019, a Two Sigma team competed in the inaugural New York City FIRST robotics corporate challenge after setting up a temporary robotics lab in its New York office.[18]

Siegel supports employees contributing to the company’s Data Clinic, which uses the pro bono model to connect Two Sigma data scientists on a project basis with the social sector. In a partnership with the Environmental Defense Fund, the Data Clinic data scientists used public data on inspections of oil and gas wells to develop predictive models that could be used to send inspectors to higher risk sites.[19]

Siegel Family Endowment

In 2011, he founded the Siegel Family Endowment, which supports organizations that help prepare society for the impact of technology.[28] The endowment funds organizations including the Center on Rural Innovation - which brings digital job training, computer science education and entrepreneurship centers to rural areas — and Data and Society – a research institute that examines the social issues that can arise from pervasive technology.[29]

In 2017, Siegel Family Endowment made a total of 50 grants to organizations including the New York Hall of Science,[30] Mozilla Science Lab, and Jobs for the Future. [31]More recently, Siegel Family Endowment has made commitments to CSforALL,[32] and the Constellations Center for Equity in Computing[33] and the Aspen Institute.[34]

Siegel Family Endowment makes mission-driven grants in three interest area portfolios: [35]

*Learning: Supports research and programs that investigate how learning and teaching need to change in order to equip the greatest number of people with adaptable, future-relevant competencies and skills.[36]

*Workforce: Supports organizations that use technological innovations to help more people pursue meaningful work in a rapidly changing economy.[37]

*Infrastructure: Supports organizations that explore the implications of rapid digital innovation for the institutions that underpin civil society. [38]

Scratch Foundation

In 2014, Siegel co-founded the Scratch Foundation to ensure that Scratch, a free online coding community that helps children learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively, remains free and accessible to kids all over the world.[39] As of October 2018, the organization's official website showed more than 40 million projects shared.[40] He is Vice Chairman of the Scratch Foundation.[41]

Board membership

He is a member of the MIT Corporation, where he sits on the Executive Committee, and serves on MIT's Visiting Committee for the Media Lab,[42] Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and Center for Brains, Minds, and Machines,[43] as well as with the advisory group for the Task Force on the Work of the Future.[44] He is Founding Chair of the advisory board for MIT Quest, an initiative that seeks to discover the foundations of human intelligence.[45][46]
