Arizona State Rep Issues Call to Withhold State’s Electoral College Votes to Joe Biden Due to Significant Evidence of Fraud

Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (district 11) on Monday issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday.

The hearing was chaired by Representative Mark Finchem with a number of House and Senate members on the hearing panel.

Trump’s legal team brought out many credible witnesses again on Monday who testified on the Dominion voting machines and other irregularities that point to outright Democrat voter fraud.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai presented very powerful data to Arizona lawmakers that completely obliterated the Biden victory narrative.

In the middle of the hearing on Monday, Arizona’s crooked Secretary of State certified the false election results.

However, Rep. Finchem said not so fast.

Finchem called on his colleagues to withhold Arizona’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden due to significant evidence of voter fraud presented at Monday’s hearing.

“We are clawing our electoral college votes back, we will not release them. That’s what I’m calling our colleagues in both the House and the Senate to do,” added Finchem. “Exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”

He added, “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statue. When it comes to this one question, a simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day pass a resolution, and cause those electors to basically be held. And it is binding. I’ll see you all in court.”

Unless there is emergency intervention, tens of millions of Americans could be facing eviction once the holiday season is over. We kicked the can down the road throughout 2020, but all of the rent that was originally owed to landlords all over the country is still due, and they are very eager to collect. Countless landlords are on the verge of financial ruin because of the rent moratoriums which were put in place, and kicking the can down the road even more would be absolutely disastrous for them. Of course it would also be absolutely disastrous if the moratoriums are not extended, because in some states more than half of all households are behind on their rent or mortgage payments, and most of them have no way to pay.

One way or the other, we are about to hit a breaking point. The Aspen Institute is telling us that a whopping 40 million people “could face eviction over the next several months”…

According to research by the Aspen Institute, nearly 40 million Americans could face eviction over the next several months. The only thing holding back the flood right now is the CDC’s eviction moratorium order and a patchwork of state and local protections for renters.

But these moratoriums are only kicking the can down the road. Chief economist for Moody’s Analytics Mark Zandi told the Washington Post that tenants could owe nearly $70 billion in back rent by year’s end. And for landlords left holding the bag, there’s been little relief, as they’ve been forced to take on the role of government — subsidizing housing for millions even as their own taxes, mortgage payments, and other expenses are due.

That is about 12 percent of the entire country.

If they get evicted, where are they going to go?

Into the streets?

Vox recently interviewed a 48-year-old Texas resident named “Kimberly”, and she says that is exactly where she is headed if she gets evicted…

But after Covid-19 hit, she lost hours at her job as a crew trainer at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and found herself on the brink of financial collapse. She fell behind on her rent and when she tried to work with her landlord to set up a repayment plan, she told Vox that she was served an eviction notice. Now, the only thing keeping her in her home is the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) national eviction moratorium, which prohibits landlords from evicting qualifying tenants for failing to make rent.

If she’s evicted, Kimberly says she has nowhere to go — and will be homeless for the second time in five years.

And there are countless others out there that are just like her.

According to Zero Hedge, “at least half of households in Arkansas, Florida and Nevada are not current on rent and mortgage payments”.

The British government calling for a ‘health warning’ on Netflix's ‘The Crown’ to protect the royal family’s image is pathetic

Streaming giant Netflix’s smash hit ‘The Crown’ has stoked controversy over its portrayal of the Queen and her blue-blood family, sparking a briefing campaign in a bid to control the narrative and minds of the public.

Some people can’t handle looking in the mirror and not liking what they see.

Someone’s truth depends on perspective, and individuals interpret situations differently, but image is a powerful tool that engenders respect and control. This is the British government’s reason for igniting a foolhardy battle with TV show ‘The Crown’.

It’s a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign featuring her, Prince Philip, and the rest of the Buckingham Palace gang. Different actors play the same characters, allowing them to age as the show catches up to the present day. The latest batch of episodes, season four, has raised hackles as it’s about a vulnerable era for British society, 1977 to 1990.

There is the marriage of Charles and Diana. It's well-known (proven by a leaked intimate phone call) that the relationship was rocky as he conducted a long-term affair with Camilla Parker Bowles, his current wife, who he originally dated before marrying Diana. The Iron Lady, Margaret Thatcher, is there with the drama covering the Falklands War. Other incidents include the Queen’s cousin Lord Mountbatten being assassinated by the IRA, Diana dancing on stage at the Royal Opera House, and the Queen and Thatcher disagreeing over imposing sanctions on apartheid South Africa.

So there was a certain inevitability about Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden’s demand that Netflix include a “health warning” prior to every episode. His choice of words is painfully poor. Who needs a health warning to prepare to watch TV? That gaffe only looked worse, however, when Dowden added: “I fear a generation of viewers who did not live through these events may mistake fiction for fact.”

The inference is that the younger generation are complete idiots, unable to differentiate between drama and reality.

Dr. Scott Atlas resigns as special adviser to Trump on coronavirus

Atlas was considered a Special Government Employee (SGE) serving a 130-day detail, which expires this week

Dr. Scott Atlas, President Trump’s special adviser on the coronavirus pandemic, formally resigned from his post on Monday, Fox News has learned.

Atlas, who spoke with the president on Monday, joined the administration in August, and was considered a Special Government Employee (SGE), serving a 130-day detail. Atlas’ role is set to expire this week.

Fox News exclusively obtained Atlas’s resignation letter Monday, which was dated Dec. 1. In it, Atlas touted the Trump administration's work on the coronavirus pandemic, while wishing "all the best" to the incoming Biden administration.

“I am writing to resign from my position as Special Advisor to the President of the United States,” Atlas said, thanking him for “the honor and privilege to serve on behalf of the American people.”

“I worked hard with a singular focus—to save lives and help Americans through this pandemic,” Atlas wrote, adding that he “always relied on the latest science and evidence, without any political consideration or influence.”

“As time went on, like all scientists and health policy scholars, I learned new information and synthesized the latest data from around the world, all in an effort to provide you with the best information to serve the greater public good,” Atlas wrote. “But, perhaps more than anything, my advice was always focused on minimizing all the harms from both the pandemic and the structural policies themselves, especially to the working class and the poor.”

Atlas, who had been criticized throughout his tenure for calling for a reopening, and saying that lockdowns are “extremely harmful” to Americans, said that “although some may disagree with those recommendations, it is the free exchange of ideas that lead to scientific truths, which are the very foundation of a civilized society.”

“Indeed, I cannot think of a time where safeguarding science and the scientific debate is more urgent,” Atlas said.

Atlas went on to tout his work at the White House, and his work with “several selfless colleagues in designing specific policies to heighten protection of the vulnerable while safely reopening schools and society.”

Atlas pointed to their efforts in increasing and prioritizing “extra personal protective equipment and tens of millions of extra tests to nursing and assisted living facilities,” as well as implementing “more frequent monitoring updates using clinical guidelines to intensify testing,” and instituting outreach to independent seniors in communities.

“We also successfully designed rational guidelines for safely opening schools, a strategic use of the newly developed testing program, and a national stockpile of drugs for future crises,” Atlas wrote.

Shifting to lockdowns he has warned against throughout his tenure, Atlas said they “identified and illuminated early on the harms of prolonged lockdowns, including that they create massive physical health losses and psychological distress, destroy families and damage our children.”

Canadian province issues new COVID-19 guidance calling for ‘no parties’ this ‘holiday season’

'We're asking everyone to please stick to your own household when celebrating. Avoid big holiday parties or large family dinners to help us stop the spread of this deadly virus. By following this public health advice, we can all have a safe and fun holiday season.'

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has said that he expects families to avoid “holiday parties or large family dinners” for 2020, in a politically correct announcement about “Holiday Season Safety” which did not mention Christmas at all.

“I know there are many people looking forward to their traditional family celebrations at this time of year, but to keep your loved ones safe, traditions will have to be adjusted,” said Ford last week in a government press release.

“We're asking everyone to please stick to your own household when celebrating. Avoid big holiday parties or large family dinners to help us stop the spread of this deadly virus. By following this public health advice, we can all have a safe and fun holiday season.”

The “Celebrate the Holiday Season Safely” guidelines from the Ford government are, for now, only suggestions for most of the province, except for the Toronto and Peel Region.

The Toronto and Peel regions are currently the only areas in Ontario under the most restrictive “Lockdown-Grey” category, and the government has said they will most likely remain at this level until at least a few days before Christmas.

In early November, the Ontario government introduced a new framework with five different levels of color-coded lockdown classifications.

The most restrictive level, the “Lockdown-Grey” category, states that “No indoor organized public events and social gatherings, except with members of the same household,” are allowed. Outdoor gatherings are limited to 10 people, and indoor worship at churches is banned. Restaurants are only allowed take-out.

“Individuals who live alone, including seniors, may consider having exclusive, close contact with another household to help reduce the negative impacts of social isolation,” reads the “Lockdown-Grey” restrictions.

“While the above is recommended advice from public health officials, please remember you must adhere to public health and workplace safety measures and rules in your region.”

The green “Prevent,” yellow “Protect,” and orange “Restrict” levels allow for social gatherings of 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors, with churches being allowed to operate at 30 percent capacity.

The red “Control” level lowers indoor social gatherings to five people while keeping the same amount as before at 10 for outdoors. Church capacity remains the same as the lesser levels.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said that the U.S. Senate should confirm Joe Biden‘s cabinet nominees before he officially becomes president on January 20, Inauguration Day.

“In the midst of this once-in-a-century crisis, it’s imperative the next administration can count on the Senate to confirm its cabinet without delay,” he said, adding that, thus, “hearings on President-elect Biden’s nominees should begin in January, immediately after the Georgia runoff election.”

In Georgia, there are currently two side-by-side runoff elections for its seats in the U.S. Senate scheduled for January 5. These runoffs will determine which political party will hold a slim majority in the Senate during the next Congress.

If the Democrats secure both of the Peach State’s seats, it will control 50 out of the 100 seats in the Senate and have Vice President-elect Kamala Harris as the tiebreaking vote. Gaining a Democratic majority will be critical in getting Biden’s appointees successfully confirmed.

Schumer went on to say that, after the confirmation hearings, these officials would then be confirmed on January 20.

Furthermore, Schumer supported his call to begin the confirmation process early by saying that Senate committees held hearings for both President Barack Obama‘s and President Donald Trump‘s nominees in early January before they took the oath of office.

This comes as Biden has been announcing his nominees for his cabinet in waves, with each round of nominees focused on a specific policy area. Last week he nominated foreign policy and national security officials and this week he’s focusing on the economy.

Last Tuesday, Biden himself urged the Senate to begin the confirmation process for his nominees.

“I hope these outstanding nominees received a prompt hearing, and that we can work across the aisle in good faith to move forward for the country,” he said. “Let’s begin that work to heal and unite, to heal and unite America as well as the world.”

It was only last Monday that the head of the General Services Administration (GSA), Emily Murphy, signed off on officially commencing the presidential transition, which gives Biden and his team the funds, resources, and information he needs to carry out the transition effectively. President Trump, alleging widespread voter fraud and a “rigged” election, still refuses to concede the election as he continues his onslaught of unsuccessful legal challenges against the election results in multiple states.

Yet justice has not been served. And it may never be served. Justice for Michael Flynn requires something our country no longer possesses: an honest press.

Justice for Flynn requires the public to understand how the Obama-Biden administration, political appointees, career employees, special counsel attorneys, and a federal judge sought to destroy a war hero’s life to wreak revenge on Flynn for his service to Trump—and with a hope that Flynn’s demise would trigger Trump’s destruction. Justice for Flynn requires that those involved in this scandal be the object of public scorn.

The corporate media has refused to tell Americans the truth, so I will. And the damning facts go much beyond the evidence U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen, whom Attorney General William Barr charged with investigating the prosecution of Flynn, discovered. Here are six key aspects of the Flynn case the press buried that expose the travesty of justice heaped upon Flynn.

1. Special Counsel Threatened Flynn’s Son to Extract a Guilty Plea

When President Trump announced he was pardoning Flynn, the media took refuge in Flynn’s prior guilty plea to continue branding Flynn a criminal.

Yes, Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his conversation with the Russian ambassador. When Judge Emmet Sullivan took over the case after Flynn pleaded guilty, Flynn stood by that plea when Sullivan questioned him.

But pleading guilty to a crime you didn’t commit isn’t a crime, and the evidence the special counsel’s office buried has established that is exactly what Flynn did: He pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI in violation of Section 1001 while innocent of the charge.

Lying to the FBI constitutes a crime under Section 1001 only if the person making the statement knows the statement is false and the false statement concerns a material fact. Although in pleading guilty Flynn stated he knew his Jan. 24, 2019, statements to FBI Agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka about his conversation with the Russian ambassador were false, in moving to withdraw his guilty plea, Flynn maintained his innocence and professed that he “did not lie to them” and “believed I was honest with them to the best of my recollection at the time.”

An uninformed public is likely to discount such a recantation, especially when the press continues to push the “Flynn twice pleaded guilty” narrative and ignores the since-revealed details explaining why Flynn would plead guilty to a crime he did not commit.

As Flynn tells it, the week before he pleaded guilty, his attorneys at the time, Robert Kelner and Stephen Anthony, told Flynn that if he did not plead guilty his son, Michael G. Flynn, “could or would face indictment.” Also, on Nov. 30, 2017—the day before he pleaded guilty—Flynn’s former lawyers assured him that if he “accepted the plea, [his] son Michael would be left in peace.”
