By now all the evidence has been wiped. It's all a stall game for them at this point to reach January 20th. All they will do is stall, stall, stall. Interestingly they can be nominated to position directly from the civilian world as well. Reince Priebus was a civy until Trump put him into the Naval JAG position two years back.
