if we've finally come to realize that potus isn't going to be able to use the state legislatures (comped) or the SC (comped) to do the right thing, and "military is the only way" per Q….then, what does "done in 30" really mean?

b/c right now, if this goes to insurrection act, war powers, suspend habeus corpus, etc., then how will this be "done in 30"?
