Nevada: Trump Campaign Says Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria Hiding From Subpoena Service

Clark County, Nevada Registrar Joe Gloria is hiding from service of a subpoena by the Trump campaign, according to a post by a columnist for the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Victor Joecks wrote on Twitter Monday night, “.@realDonaldTrump’s campaign tells me they’ve been trying to serve Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria with a subpoena since Wednesday. County workers locked the building to keep them out and then Gloria hid in his house all weekend. What are Gloria and Clark County hiding?”

Nevada Trump campaign official and former state attorney general Adam Paul Laxalt wrote in a Review-Journal op-ed two weeks ago about irregularities by Gloria in the recent election:

…”In Clark County, registrar Joe Gloria used a new machine to verity signatures for mail-in ballots. He inexplicably and unilaterally lowered the signature-matching accuracy standard on this machine used to count ballots to 40 percent — well below the manufacturer’s recommended setting. AI and computer-vision experts have said that once the factory setting on the machine is altered, it takes months of effort from a massive team with the appropriate expertise to get it back to a reliable standard.

There are more than 600,000 mail-ballot signatures statewide, roughly 200,000 of which have gone through this machine in Clark County. Under this system, an unbelievable 99 percent of Clark County ballots have been counted as accurate, with no opportunity for any signatures to be challenged once verified.

Additionally, the county refused to allow any meaningful observation of signature verification. We simply don’t know how many of these signatures are bad and thus how many improper votes were counted.

We now know that there are thousands of illegal votes consisting of a combination of dead voters, out-of-state voters, double voters (those who cast ballots in Nevada and another state), among other improper votes. Gloria has said any look he would take at possible problems is complaint-based — in other words, not proactive but reactive in the event a complaint comes in. The same is true of the secretary of state’s office. There’s no mechanism for these votes to be checked if officials aren’t actively poring through these categories of voters where fraud is likely…

Blaming ALL the squaddies and exonerating ALL the top brass for the murderous behaviour of troops in Afghanistan not only looks terrible, but is unsustainable. It’s time for military leaders to take responsibility – or be sacked.

Over the past few days the crisis created by the release of the Brereton Report into war crimes committed by Australian troops in Afghanistan has intensified – and Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been forced to intervene to clean up the mess created by the chief of the defence force, General Angus Campbell.

Last week Campbell enthusiastically endorsed the key findings of the Brereton Report. It found that 25 soldiers had committed atrocities in Afghanistan (apparently without the knowledge or their superior officers). Brereton also exonerated upper echelon officers from any responsibility for these appalling war crimes, despite long-standing protocols that officers are responsible for the conduct of their troops whether or not they ordered them, knew what they were doing, or had the means to stop them.

Campbell was quick to condemn the 25 squaddies who had committed war crimes, but then went on to condemn all the 3,000 Australian troops who served in Afghanistan by recommending that the Meritorious Unit Medal which had been collectively awarded to all of them be revoked.

In the past few days, however, public outrage and intense media criticism have forced Prime Minister Morrison to intervene and reverse Campbell’s unprincipled and self-serving response to the Brereton Report.

On Friday Morrison gave a radio interview in which he said that he had told General Campbell in the clearest possible terms to make sure that “not only is there accountability in the defence forces for individual alleged acts, but also in the chain of command”.

In doing this, Morrison was responding to widespread criticism – particularly from veterans’ organisations – which poured scorn on Brereton’s clearing army commanders of any responsibility for what occurred in Afghanistan.

This extraordinary intervention from the prime minister has put General Campbell in an untenable position.

Morrison has now effectively directed him to disregard a key finding of the Brereton report – namely, that upper echelon officers bore no responsibility for the atrocities that occurred in Afghanistan.

Precisely how Campbell will hold senior officers accountable is not clear.

Is he to commission yet another enquiry? An added complication, of course, is the fact that Campbell was personally in charge of Australia’s forces in Afghanistan in 2011-2012. Is Campbell now expected to make adverse findings against himself if warranted? The prospect of the general tearing a strip off himself in the mirror is tantalizing, but unlikely to happen.

Hacker Known as ‘WantedbyFeds’ Is Sentenced To Federal Prison

LOS ANGELES – A North Carolina man who engaged in a series of cyber and swatting attacks, including sending bogus threats of shootings and bombings to schools in the United States and United Kingdom, was sentenced today to 95 months in federal prison.

Timothy Dalton Vaughn, 22, whose online aliases included “WantedbyFeds” and “Hacker_R_US,” of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was sentenced by United States District Judge Otis D. Wright II.

Vaughn pleaded guilty in November 2019 to one count of conspiracy to convey threats to injure, convey false information concerning use of explosive device, and intentionally damage a computer; one count of computer hacking; and one count of possession of child pornography.

Judge Wright sentenced Vaughn to prison terms of 95 months for the child pornography possession charge and 60 months for each of the other charges.The terms are to be served concurrently.

Vaughn was a member of the “Apophis Squad,” a worldwide collective of computer hackers and swatters. The collective caused disruptions by making threatening phone calls, sending bogus reports of violent school attacks via email, and launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on websites.

Vaughn and others sent emails to at least 86 school districts threatening armed students and explosives. The threatened attacks included the imminent detonation of a bomb made with ammonium nitrate and fuel oil, rocket-propelled grenade heads placed under school buses, and the placement of land mines on sports fields.

In another instance, Vaughn and others called in a false hijacking report related to a flight traveling from London to San Francisco, claiming that four men with weapons and explosives had hijacked the plane.

In early 2018, Vaughn demanded 1.5 bitcoin (then worth approximately $20,000) from a Long Beach company, to prevent denial-of-service attacks on its website. When the company refused to pay, he launched a DDoS attack that disabled the company’s website.

Vaughn also possessed nearly 200 sexually explicit images and videos depicting children, including at least one toddler.

IRS Sent $34 Million In Stimulus Checks To Non-Citizens In Foreign Countries

Yet another IRS blunder is costing US citizens more money. This time, they’ve acknowledged that they “accidentally” sent $34 million to more than 28,000 non-citizens in foreign countries. Seems as though the covfefe is because these people claimed some income in the United States, so they ended up in the IRS database. Predictably, the bureaucratic brainiacs didn’t see anything concerning about sending checks to non citizens in other countries.

NPR (if you can believe that) first reported this back in August:

Thousands of foreign workers who entered the U.S. on temporary work visas received $1,200 checks in error during the first round of stimulus payments, and many of them are spending the money in their home nations. One tax preparation firm told NPR that it has clients from 129 countries who mistakenly received stimulus checks, including Brazil, Canada, China, India, Nigeria and South Korea.

Government officials and tax experts say the mistake happened because many foreign workers, whether unintentionally or on purpose, file incorrect tax returns that make them appear to be U.S. residents. Some of them are now trying to amend their returns because they worry that having mistakenly received a stimulus check will jeopardize their visa status, green card application or ability to return to the U.S.

How much stimulus money was mistakenly sent to foreign workers living overseas is difficult to quantify. But Sprintax, which does U.S. tax preparation for nonresidents, did about 400 amended returns last year for people who mistakenly filed as U.S. residents, and so far this year it has done 5,000 — almost 5% of the total federal tax returns it filed last year, according to the company. If just 5% of last year’s more than 700,000 student and seasonal workers with F-1 and J-1 visas received a stimulus check in error, that would total $43 million.

Many of those workers are college students, often from Eastern Europe and South and Central America, who travel to the United States for temporary and seasonal low-wage jobs such as waiters, lifeguards and hotel housekeepers at ski resorts, amusement parks and beach destinations. In a typical year, the U.S. issues work visas to several hundred thousand foreign students.

Now the IRS has confirmed the mistakes, as NPR reports in a new follow-up story:

The IRS now acknowledges that its own error caused some citizens of other countries to mistakenly receive $1,200 coronavirus relief payments — and that the mistake is likely to happen again if more stimulus money goes out.

When reports of the mistake first surfaced, the U.S government placed the blame on those non-Americans, saying that many noncitizens erroneously received stimulus checks because they had filed incorrect tax returns that made them appear to be American.

But many non-Americans who received stimulus money do not file U.S. tax returns. One of them is Susanne Wigforss, a 78-year-old Swedish citizen who lives in Stockholm.

Wigforss was surprised in July to get a $1,200 check in the mail from the U.S. Treasury. It was followed by a letter from the White House signed by President Trump, addressed to “My Fellow American” and informing her that “your economic impact payment has arrived.”

Top Republican and Democrat Donor Lobbied Foreign Interests for Illegal Cash, Report Claims

Imaad Zuberi, an American businessman and political fundraiser, pleaded guilty last autumn to charges of making illegal donations to US candidates on behalf of foreign representatives. According to the prosecution, he was setting up meetings beetween foreign and American political figures and raising funds outside the boundaries of the law.

A top donor for both Republicans and Democrats, Imaad Zuberi allegedly sold access to key US politicians for millions in cash from foreign nationals, the Associated Press reported on Sunday.

"Everyone wants to come to Washington to meet people", the Associated Press quotes one Zuberi email from 2015 in which he tried to schedule a meeting between the president of Guinea and a congressman. "We get request(s) for meeting(s) from all scumbag of the world, warlords, kings, queens, presidents for life, military dictators, clan chiefs, tribal chiefs, and etc".

An investigation led by the Justice Department into Zuberi's activities only reportedly led to charges against a minor associate, with no one else who assisted Zuberi being charged. The said investigation also did not publicly name the politicians who received the donations raised by him.

Prosecutors called Zuberi a "mercenary" political donor, who for many years worked as an unregistered foreign agent for at least six foreign nations and political figures, sending over $1 million in illegal campaign donations over half a decade. His straw donor scheme included paying for others' donations with his credit cards, and involved cutouts using the name of a deceased individual as well as the names of people he allegedly made up.

The AP report is the result of its own independent investigation, in which the news agency identified associates and targets of Zuberi via private emails, court documents, campaign finance reports, and interviews with more than three dozen people.

According to the report, Zuberi's donations granted him access to top foreign and US officials, especially those with influence on foreign policy, such as senators Bob Casey and Lindsey Graham.

Emails uncovered in the investigation showed that Zuberi attempted to set up a 2015 meeting with Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish Ambassador to the US Serdar Kilic, then-House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman, Republican Ed Royce, and then-ranking member of the Lower chamber, Democrat Eliot Engel.

"Why don't you come to Los Angeles as my guest and I can have you meet both over dinner in private?", Zuberi wrote. "Let me know who else in the Foreign Affairs Committee you need help with? I know most of them on both sides".

The donor also allegedly made $9.8 million from the Qatari government, most of it illegally, according to the prosecution, as he lobbied Congress on behalf of that country. Law enforcement officials said he used his ties to pass potentially useful information to his associates and partners abroad.

Michigan Montage: TCF Center Elections Observers Testify on the Massive Democrat Vote Fraud

Over the past three weeks The Gateway Pundit and our team in Detroit have interviewed DOZENS of GOP elections observers who were threatened, abused, attacked and harassed at the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan following the 2020 election landslide for President Donald Trump.

Several of these observers witnessed carloads of ballots arriving at the center in the middle of the night on November 4th marked for Joe Biden.

These observers described their abuse at the TCF being followed around by far left goons and being locked out of the ballot counting room.

This was corruption and fraud at its worst.
