I just watched this. Again.

This narrative CM's got won't hold up

in any court.

Nothing in his demeanor looks like

he's trying to be "sneaky" with what

he's doing.

And even before addressing the "flash drive"

let's address MAKING ASSUMPTIONS about

what the guy's doing on two computers.

You can't see ANY of the screens he's

working on with any REAL CLARITY

so how can CM know FOR SURE that

what he says this guy is doing is

ACTUALLY WHAT THIS GUY IS

DOING?

The flash-drive guy is talking to the guy sitting down by the laptop while he's messing with the laptop and the flash drive.

And when he's done with WHATEVER HE WAS DOING, he YANKS out the flash drive

IT'S IN PLAIN SIGHT holding it with the

tips of his thumb and forefinger, looks like, with the shiny part of the flash drive STICKING OUT ENOUGH to REFLECT LIGHT.

He's not SNEAKY about it.

So this narrative that this ACTIVITY is

suspicious seems VERY WEAK.

CM may be right but this is even weak as

"circumstantial" evidence.

OBVIOUSLY, the guy did SOMETHING with

TWO computers and a FLASH DRIVE.

THAT'S ALL WE KNOW from this video.

Anything else outside of that is SPECULATION which amounts to

NOTHING from a legal standpoint.

It makes EVERYBODY look bad to be

PUSHING SOMETHING so hard when there's

NOTHING THERE to support the

accusation.
