I raise you a pondering: How many people have been tested on a bogus ass machine and given a false 'everything's fine.'
I'm not even just thinking radiology.
Who's feeling nauseous at the thought? We won't even touch on neurological damage (cures?). I believe this is all carefully crafted theatre to introduce these issues to smaller groups, start the rumors that way a soft disclosure might prevent absolute chaos. Controlled versus a free fall with no recourse.
