I just had this exact conversation with my father tonight (again)

and my father is exactly where yours is

he is incredulous about this timing

and he sees great chaos (violent protests)

IF Trump "pulls it off"

I can see his position

difficult to have faith in state legislatures doing the right thing

have faith that it actually makes it to the supreme court

have faith that is makes it in time to be heard considered and acted on in time
