Fake document is either to create a straw man to deflect real accusations, ie by bad actors or a trap to lure bad actors out to condemn it before following up with solid evidence.
What’s more interesting is that Wikileaks confirmed it’s a fake. Obviously if it attributed to them, they can confirm not having posted it, but how could they confirm it a fake?
I admit it reads like a fake, but still…more explanation of origin and intent would awesome.
