Abraham Lincoln suspended the rule of law under Habeas Corpus suspension act. Largely to defend DC against nearby enemy forces.

 

The bill was introduced on December 5th =D5

The State Legislatures of State determine electors…question will be what will PA, MI, AZ, WI do at the State level for their electors.

 

They CAN go against the fraud and give the electors to Trump…or not…
