POTUS MUST use the power he has a President to declare either Insurrection or the War Powers Acts (or something else) to move this into the arena that the Mil Intel can be used. Currently there is no 'legal' avenue to inject TS/SCI (FISA) evidence to civilian courts or legislators.

We get to watch all our constitutional systems fail because of corruption. The last line we have is a President who has the balls to use the power of his office. Think Lincoln.
