This Anon is no fan of President Lincoln by any stretch. He was a tyrant who was about to lose the Civil War and the absolute authority of the Federal Government over the States. That being said he WAS the duly elected President who used the Constitution and the powers granted his office to achieve a LAWFUL end state. Should President Trump follow a similar path he will have done so with the authority of the Constitution and LAWFULLY under the authority of Office of The President of The United States of America.
