This is opinion, but I believe that current cases

will still be tried, while new cases will be re-

scheduled till after the shut-down. So as long as

Trump's lawsuits are scheduled to be heard be-

fore any shutdown (which probably won't happen

anyway, or for long at any rate), they should

still get a hearing. It is interesting to note that

December 11th is also the date for the electors

to be selected for election by 1/20/2021, isn't
