It has to end up in military courts, or proper justice will never be done. I'm completely OK with Powell's cases being the "public fodder", but if mikayesfiona knew anything about real justice, he/she/it wouldn't want this to be completely in any courtroom outside of military jursidiction; which this case is in due to foreign interference.
