This statement attributed to Barr is not making sense to me. It is completely out of character.

Barr stays silent for 28 days and speaks for the first time with a print paper making a significant statement.

Barr knows the public anticipated fraud with mail in ballots . He himself did and was agitated in a tv interview about it.

Barr has commented before about MSM misquoting him as well as others.

Any significant subject related to him has always come with an in person interview so his words were not misquoted.
