These could PERHAPS be test fires of the "Rods from God", no??
IF the white hats were to test the rods from God….. shouldn't the rods bury themselves pretty far into the soil? And wouldn't they target the test fires to land in the middle of NOWHERE like this, to avoid hurting innocent people?
Worth considering, but I know very little about this subject.
