Just going by the constellation around POTUS now. Rudy & Jenna are the public face, good for the media presentation, Sidney & Lin are better free-lancing and not getting corralled by DC politics.
Leaves Joe & Victoria. They know the ropes & pitfalls in DC and have been steadily on POTUS's side. He can't go outside his trusted inner circle at this point, IMO.
