Might I persuade a constutionfag/lawfag to create a presidential election process flowchart.

I really dont get at what stages what legal contests are most relevant, when legislature steps in over elector votes, and when/how/if insurrection or 14th come into play.

Are some legal arguments more relevant after certification than before?
