Run by the US military. Everyone who votes signs a release that states under penalty of felony that they are;
A. Legally eligible to vote (citizen, not a felon where restricted)
B. That they have not yet voted in the 2nd election
On top of this ID must be presented proving your citizenship / place of residence.
This would be the only way to appease all sides. Only [DS] operatives would disagree, but they'd likely have to keep that quiet to not make it look obvious.
The American people should be okay with this as a way to resolve things.
And those who are unable to vote in person will have Military members come to them to take their vote. This will be done by 2 or more people for witness purposes.
Also China and Iran have both been implicated, which makes it a military op. Not only that it is no longer "voter fraud" in that venue, but rather TREASON.
